Let the people who care about you know you are doing just fine, wherever your journey takes you.

We only need your information and the cellular number of those on your contact list.

Contacts inside the United States receive a Text/SMS message.

Contacts outside the United States receive a WhatsApp message.

No additional information about your contacts is needed. We will NEVER call your contacts.

The process:

Choose how many times you want to Check-In:

Everyday

Three Days A Week: Tell us which days.

Two A Week: Tell us which days.

One A Week: Tell us which day.

Check-In will send you a message to your phone on the days you select.

You respond by replying to the message containing a Smily Face Emoji.

Then Check-In sends a message with a Smily Face Emoi to the 1-5 contacts you provide confirming you are doing just fine.

We will send you a second message if you do not respond within 24 hours.

If you do not respond within 48 hours we can send a message to your Check-In contact(s) to connect with you ASAP. This is an opt-in option we offer.

At least one of your contacts should have the information regarding your location at all times.
